My Heart Overflows

Today as I write my heart overflows. I am so very thankful for the many ways God has blessed me. He has blessed me with a Godly husband who seeks to honor God with his every thought. He has also blessed me with two sweet, energetic boys. I am blessed also in that I have the privilege of teaching Jake and Jared. I have been there every step of the way this year as Jake has learned how to read, tell time, and count money.  I wouldn't trade this for anything! Jake and I have been working on learning the books of the New Testament. Today Jake finished memorizing them. I am so proud of him. I am most proud of his desire to learn more about God and hide God's word in his heart. I am confident that one day soon Jake will ask Jesus to be the Lord of his life. I can imagine no prouder moment for a parent. I pray for God's wisdom in raising and disciplining my children so that EVERYTHING I do may point them to Him!
